We had a home for sale and it wasnt getting much activity. Tracy was recommended to us. I met with her and she had some ideas as to why our home wasnt getting a lot of activity. We decided to lost with Tracy and the activity and interest rapidly increased which led to the sale of our home. Tracy worked so hard for us and communicated with us every step of the way. Which we appreciated so much having moved out of state prior to our sale. Tracy went above and beyond any realtor weve ever worked. We have moved a lot and have sold 7+ times. We highly recommend Tracy for her knowledge to sale homes, her work ethic, communication, and her determination to get your home sold!

Highly recommend Tracy!!! We're new to the Charlotte area and knew nothing about the housing market. We flirted with three realtors to determine who was best. Tracy was by far the quickest response, listened intently to our criteria, and provided an unexpected option. Only with Tracy's help were we able to find this home. She did not rely only on the online listings, but leveraged her network to uncover this house. We love the house, wooded areas nearby, neighbors, and town. No other realtor would have found this house. Most importantly, Tracy is genuinely happy for us finding this home.

My wife and I were very fortunate in that we made an offer and purchased the first home we looked at (and LOVE IT!), so we did not have to go through an extensive showing process. Tracy was able to negotiate with the selling agent and had an acceptance on what was essentially our opening offer the next day for us! She referred us to her in-house mortgage department and helped guide us through the financing, and ultimately closing, processes. Very smooth transaction from start to finish, we are quite happy with her service and do not hesitate to recommend her.
