After living in our (first) old house for 44 years, Tracy was very helpful in the sale. She did the research and in the end her pricing and timing proved to be right on. Instead of suggesting major repairs and staging of our home, she recommended people for minor repairs and painting, and offered items from her home to make the interior more appealing. We actually sold the home before it was listed and while we were out of town. We were so glad not to have to deal with an open house. She kept in close touch with us and was readily available whenever we had questions, including times when she and her family were out of the country. We could not have asked for anyone more responsive and friendly and professional and would highly recommend her.

I interviewed four different agents, and out of the four, Tracy - not only believed that my price point was right on - but that she actually thought that she could exceed it. After three weeks we had two offers, and as she thought, she did exceed our price. She was excellent in all aspects of the process. Tracy was very professional and knowledgeable when she helped our family purchase our first home after the house we were renting was sold. Most importantly, she was very patient and understanding when we were forced to buy a home within 90 days. She never pushed us towards a house we were not comfortable with, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, regardless how trivial our questions may have been.

I worked with Tracy to buy a house in March 2016 and sell a house in May 2016. I cannot say enough good things about working with her through both of these transactions. Tracy is amazing. Her knowledge of the housing stock in the purchase of our new home, and expediting the purchase in a cut throat market was remarkable. The way Tracy helped us with preparing our house of 24 years, steering us to contractors for the repairs we needed to take care of in order to sell the house. But mostly being there to support us in all the aspects of selling our old house and buying our new home.

Tracy helped me buy my first house. During every step of the process, she made me feel at ease. She explained all of the little things I didnt understand or even know about the home buying process. She was patient with me as we visited house after house and she never rushed me she even reminded me not to hurry through the process when I was rushing myself. She always made sure I was comfortable with every step or decision that needed to be made. She was always accessible for my questions or to schedule a quick visit to a prospective house. Specifically, an amazing house had just come on the market the day after Christmas on a Saturday. She was able to meet me for a visit on Sunday morning, work with my mortgage broker Sunday afternoon/evening, and we had an offer ready to go first thing that next week when the seller was reviewing offers. A couple of weeks later, I had the keys to that very house in my hand.
