Tracy Young showed us Lake Houses in the Waterford, Wi area from October 2012 to April 2013. There were limited properties available and many had not sold after quite a time on the market. She showed all that was available in our price range over the time span. We finally purchase a Lake House that just came on the market in April 2013 She was very helpful in the negotiations.

Tracy helped us sell our home in a down market in record time for a fair price.
