05/31/2019 -She was very understanding with all my needs and helping me find exactly what I was looking for! I was a first time home buyer and didn't have much knowledge of the process but Kristi made everything seem so effortless and easy! She was always quick to respond and adapted quickly to any last minute changes or requests that I had. Kristi became more of a friend than just my realtor and I truly enjoyed working with her, she made the home buying process fun instead of stressful! I would absolutely recommend her to any friends or family in need of a realtor!

05/19/2019 -Kim Chapin has been amazing threw this process. Even though Im not qualifying for a top end house Im still treated as a priority. Kim has been prompt and punctual with any questions or concerns Ive had and if she doesnt know the answer to my questions, she will find out. She also takes the time to educate us on things we might not get or understand. I would highly recommend.

Willing to work nights and weekends. Continuously updated me with new houses on the market. Once I decided on a house she was present during inspections and helped negotiate with seller so I could get the best deal. Guided me step by during the entire process; from searching to closing. If I decide to do business again in this city it will definitely be with her.
