Tricia was very professional and very helpful. She helped us through the entire out of state process; sending us listings, going through properties, suggesting recommendations for lenders, getting inspections done, and making arrangements for settlement. I was on extremely short time line and was working with one of Tricia's co-workers, Wanda, who is also amazing but she was leaving town for a family wedding. So, Wanda connected me with Tricia. Tricia hit the ground running trying to find me a new home with a very limited inventory for the area I wanted to live. Although she was aware of the square footage I was looking for she emailed me a listing that was less than my desire because she knew that the home also needed to be move in ready. I met her for the walk through and fell absolutely in love. Tricia responds to email, text & phone calls immediately. 12 days after our walk through we were sitting at the closing table.
