Tricia is absolutely wonderful person to deal with when I purchased my home. Her communication and finding homes based on my criteria allowed us to consider and end up with our perfect home. She was helpful through the whole process, very flexible with scheduling and very attentive to our needs. She was also very transparent through the whole process resulting in no undue surprises. I have heard horror stories about other people experiences in purchasing or selling a home but I could not have asked for a more perfect, smoother home buying experience due to Tricia's person-ability, professionalism and honesty. She is a great person to work with throughout the home buying experience.

Tricia started out the gate with an open house the first few days my home was on the market. It sold! She helped navigate the process and paperwork for us and was always quick to respond to my calls and emails! She was fantastic!

We were looking to by our first home, and really didn't have a great idea of exactly where when we started. We had started by looking in to those "bank referred agents" and realized that they were just in it for the money (or to get started, and willing to sacrifice their pay to get noticed. We were not comfortable with that, so we contacted Tricia to see if maybe she was a fit for us. She went out of her way to drive to meet with us, and as we were newer, didn't have a baby sitter yet for our toddler, she was ok with us bringing our little man with us to the meeting. We decided to use Tricia, as she made us feel like we mattered to her, by listening to our needs, ideas, and letting us be involved with the buying process (let us suggest houses and continue looking to show HER ideas, to help her narrow down our new home). Once we decided on an area, even though it was not her "primary" area (by a whopping 31 miles and 40 min on a non-traffic day), she went out of her way to meet us, and help us with our process. Most realtors (from what we hear, as I mention Tricia to EVERYONE I hear is looking for or bought a house) basically help you find one, then disappear through the rest of the process (financing, follow up questions, inspections, etc). Tricia was there the ENTIRE way, checking up on us, fielding our outrageous number of questions, via phone calls, text, and emails. She made us feel like family, and we consider her our extended family, as we keep up and talk periodically, even a year later after closing on our house. I truly feel no one can ask for a better realtor, and recommend her HIGHLY, above any others I have met or dealt with.

My experience with Tricia was nothing less than wonderful. She’s bright, smart, conscientious, thorough and a great communicator! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who has your best interest at heart.
