Im writing this review from my familys beautiful new home and I have reliable results real estate to thank for it! This market is *crazy* and I couldnt have done it without them. Their whole team hustled so hard for us and we are thrilled with the result of the sale of our house and our new home. It was a whirlwind but their team was behind us every step of the way. Not to mention the little touchesthe day we closed we thought we might be waiting around for a bit with our two little kids and they had run out to get little toys for them to play with. My husband and I met Tricia when we inquired about a home that we were interested in. Although we did not get that home, the silver lining was Tricia! We were lucky to have worked with her from beginning to end. Our home had a few "unique" aspects to it, and Tricia hit the ground running to better understand our neighborhood. She put together a "Coming Soon" landing page for our home which generated a great amount of interest before the home officially hit the market. The open house was well prepared, and highly attended. We received seven offers and Tricia helped us navigate all the pros and cons of each offer.
