My wife and I went with Tricia when purchasing our last home based on rave reviews from friends and family. We were not disappointed! Choosing her as our agent was the best move we made in the home-buying process. Tricia was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the areas we were looking as well as what houses were available or likely to be available. She was able to get us into the perfect house, in the area we wanted, at the price we wanted. Everything moved quickly and she was in constant contact with us to make sure we understood everything that was happening along the way. When the seller's agent tried to pull some weird moves, she fought to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about her! Her years of experience definitely showed and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Her knowledge, expertise, and years of experience were such a huge blessing when my husband and I bought our first home. We had met with 4 other agents who didn't seem nearly as knowledgeable or had a separate agenda they were pushing. Tricia, on the other hand, was there for us the whole way and was able to answer and all questions we had. She also knew a lot about costs for additions or ways to change the house to meet our needs. We absolutely loved working with her and will do so again if we ever relocate.

We had to work with other bids and Tricia handled it well so that I got the house I wanted. She was able to keep in touch via, email, phone and texting which was very helpful when time was of the essence. Her follow-up was also good after the sale closed to keep in touch and ask about how I was settling in.
