Trini is an absolutely amazing realtor, very dedicated had a wonderful open house great presentations. She sold out house in 5 days and walked us through the contract. I couldn't say better things about her work and its safe to say I have very high expectations. In short, she is fantastic!!

Since, moving back to the DFW after 20 years I realized the market changed and despite trying to do all the research alone - I just couldnt handle this competitive market. Luckily we attended an Open House in Grapevine and ran into Trini ( who even after a long day had so much energy and provided us such valuable insight). We instantly knew we had found our relator. Trini is REALLY patient and understanding about our needs, wants, and (un)reasonable asks. She did a great job of staying neutral yet presenting her detailed research and expertise.In the end, we found a new construction home. YES, you should definitely use a relator for a new construction. She was able to ask the right questions and help us negotiate the right deal for us. I can be demanding but Trini is a true professional who took on our challenges as her own. This is my 3rd home we are buying and even though I thought I had it handled, I am so grateful we met Trini.She is witty, brilliant at her job, and so incredibly knowledgeable ( you name it- she knows it). She has made this buying process less stressful and dare I say, enjoyable. Thank you Trini.
