Rachel and Trish went above our expectations! We were first time home buyers and came across a number of hiccups in the process, but Rachel and Trish were there every step of the way. They helped us navigate challenges that came up with the property and builder. Also, they were very patient and had a great sense of humor when it came down to wire :) thank you Rachel and Trish.

This was my first time selling a home so I was looking for an agent who could explain the process to me in layman's terms, who would be a tough but fair negotiator (I didn't want to work with a jerk), and who would be super responsive to my questions and concerns. Trish was absolutely this kind of agent. I always got my questions answered right away and I was never made to feel stupid for asking them. Trish and Rachel were also understanding that selling my beloved home was going to be way more emotional than I had anticipated and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Additionally they have a wonderful associate who took care of scheduling all the get-ready appointments. I gave her the dates/times that worked for me and I had the furnace guy, the painters, the handyman, the cleaners, and the stagers all showing up to do their jobs with very little effort from me. I deeply grateful I didn't have to research who to contact and gamble with who I could trust. That took a lot of inherent stress of selling a home off my shoulders. In the end, their formula for success worked for me--my home sold in only a couple of days and for a great price. I highly recommend RARE Northwest and will hire them if I'm ever looking to buy another home in the Eastside market again.

I had an excellent experience working with Trish, Rachel and her team. They're very thoughtful, friendly and super easy to work with. Always keeping me in the loop about how things are moving in the process. They also took care of everything during the selling process, making sure that I didn't have to lift a finger if not necessary.
