We were visiting Florida in February and decided it was time to look for a property to purchase. Nothing was coming up that suited us until we hit on a property through Zillow and Southern Exclusive Reality (SER). We acted quickly and Tristina Hill/SER met us at the property soon after. I suppose no real estate transaction is simple but this had a few zigs and zags that kept SER (including Tina Sande) very busy. The seller wanted to find another place to purchase first, we went through multiple, multiple contract revisions, worked with a strict condo board (a good thing) and we were doing this while being a good distance away. And Im probably a little OCD asking an ongoing multitude of questions.SER was hard working and professional all the way! They took calls when I thought they wouldnt, chased down contractors (again and again most were busy doing commercial work) and they did this with a genuine smile while also moving their office!!Were in our new place and couldnt be happier.
