Further, their services offered are so convenient and I was very impressed with how they showed my home in terms of collateral, marketing materials inside my unit, and the very impressive listing. Their added services such as free staging advice for going on the market, and a free cleaning service and free use of their moving truck were INVALUABLE during the stress of moving. Further, they even provided a moving day kit to help us with moving day needs!My home was listed on August 17th and Sold on August 23rd!! Troy and his team are group of good, hard working, and trustworthy folks. Troy sold my family's home in Seattle, and Chris is helping me purchase a new home in Renton.
