Troy helped us find the right home at the right time. He as very patient as we looked at a multitude of homes. We told him we were in no hurry but we're waiting for the right home for the right price. He gave us good advice about neighborhoods, knowledge of schools, and services available depending on which side of the river we were on. Troy also understands the process of negotiating, he worked for us - he made sure we got the best deal we could all the while reminding us we were not buying a new house and everything would not be perfect.
