Troy is a very honest person, and helped me a lot during the purchase of my new home. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me throughout the process. He also listened to my needs, and communicated well to keep everyone informed. He even helped me communicate things with the lender. Purchasing a home isn't easy and not recommended in doing this yourself. I called upon Troy Erickson and he was a blessing!
