I'm not one to give superior ratings for most people or services but I have to say that Troy has earned these marks. I relocated from Hawaii and new nothing about the area. Troy patiently guided me through each area explaining the pros and cons. His recommendations were invaluable and he not only helped in the purchase of my house but also in providing some great referrals in the community. I was an absentee buyer and he personally monitored every aspect. No matter when I emailed him he responded within minutes. We are out of state investors, and did our home search by internet, and our final purchase by phone, email, and mail.
