Troy Leland

We called Troy Leland for a review on our previous home. He came out that same day....looked at the property and gave us an appraised value. During the course of our visit, he asked what are plans were for relocating. At that time, we had nothing definite in mind. He listened closely as we shared our hopes and concerns. When he asked if he might help us with the purchase of a new place, we readily agreed. Troy called back later that same afternoon with a few possibilities for our consideration. We actually went to see the three properties that evening. By the next day, we had decided and the bidding began. Troy handled both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. In all, our transition was complete in less than a month and we could not be any happier. Troy’s knowledge and expertise made the move go off without a hitch. If and when we ever need a realtor’s services again, Troy will be the only one we call!
