Choosing a Realtor can be tricky, but when it came time to buy our new home in Venice, FL, there was never any doubt who we would choose: Troy Sacco. We became acquainted with Troy in 2011 when we were hoping to purchase a small condo that we could enjoy and also rent out during the winter season. He kept in touch throughout the process, checking to make sure that all bases were covered so that when the sellers decided they would like to close early, we were in a perfect position to make that happen. From viewing to closing in 21 days! Troy always made me feel like I was his only client, even though I knew he was busy with others. He is a great guy and a five-star Realtor who covers every base to ensure that your selling experience goes as smoothly as possible.

There arent enough positive words to describe our experience with Troy and Jillian. As soon as we called Troy for the first time we knew we had found the perfect agent for us.
