First off, Troy was instrumental in helping us find and purchase our dream home! He is by far, the best realtor we have ever met and worked with and we've met a LOT! Put aside his experience and knowledge; his attentiveness to us was unmatched. Troy made our whole experience, from initial viewings through the Closing, so painless that it was stress free and actually pleasant to go through! (we did not expect that!) Troy's ability to quickly get an understanding of what we were looking for, not only in the house but the property as a whole, was very impressive. At times it seemed like he knew better than we did! Troy was there through every step of the purchasing process with us. He never once put us off on any questions or concerns we had, and we had plenty. He came to bat for us during sale negotiations and at the closing. His knowledge and expertise in these areas are outstanding! We are going to keep in touch with Troy so in the future, when we're ready to move on from this home and to the next step in our lives, he will be the first call we make! We were trying to find the perfect home in our price range, and Troy was incredibly patient and helpful. He was incredibly flexible and would frequently meet us on weekends or evenings -- whenever we could manage to get to Minneapolis to look at houses. I would definitely work with Troy Sanders again. He helped me through a difficult and complicated sale and had my back every step of the way. It was a roller coaster for sure. Troy did a great job selling my home. He was persistent enough to come to the top of the list of people I was considering. He clearly explained the strategy to sell my house and came up with a timeline of events that would unfold. He provided an expert opinion on what it would take to sell the house. He was always responsive and courteous. Communication was impeccable. When selling your home you need to be appraised of situation and any possible pitfalls to avoid. For example sniffing out bugs in offers that might not be worth the weight of paper they are written on. He took an active role in reviewing the offers and making a recommendation that was in my best interests. Troy was well versed with the process of selling and recommended a great closing company that did their job well to make for a easy closing.
