Tu Mai did an outstanding job in assisting us with the process of buying a home. Not only she's very knowledgeable and resourceful, yet absolutely responsive in all communication and tasks. It only took her a few minutes to respond back to us-- not hours and days like we'd experienced in the past with other agents. Not only is Tu a great person to be around but she was always willing to help us and as first time home buyers, provided a comfort that we can trust her and she was going to do everything she could for the best of our interest.She was always willing to show homes for us even sometimes as we were leaving one we asked to see an additional one and she made time for us. She was very thoughtful and definitely took our feedback towards houses to help us find the perfect house for us. I have to say that Tu Mai will be my only realtor from now on. Bought my first home with A LOT of help from Tu, without her, I probably wont have any houses by now. She did such an amazing job for me and my fianc throughout the process. Tu is very quick at responding, efficient, organized, and detailed. She made sure to protect my earnest deposit and always good at reminding me the unfinished tasks. Tu completely has my trust from the first day I met her and at the end when I got the keys, I felt good that I placed my trust with the right person. Tu would put aside her profits to fully support you and whatever decision you make and that was what impressed me the most. I appreciate the honesty and everything she did for us. My seller was giving us a hard time but Tu handled it like a champ Buying a house is a big deal, and I know most of us prefer someone we know already but even if you never work with Tu before or know her beforehand, trust me, you can 100% trust Tu with everything. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This is a bitter sweet review but I feel compelled to write it on behalf of Tu who was bold enough to tell us what we needed to hear, and not what we wanted to hear. My wife and I were searching for a new agent to work with mid October. We interviewed a couple agents, Tu being one of them. We ended up going in a different direction which turned out to be a costly mistake. Vision is 20/20 in hind sight. We now realize after selling our home that we weren't ready to accept Tu's thoughtful breakdown of current market conditions, and strategies that would have gotten our home sold quicker in such a drastically shifting market that is rapidly trending more toward the buyers side than sellers, primarily due to interest rate hikes. Tu was respectfully honest and forthcoming with her vision. We weren't ready to accept her insight, because we were stuck on wanting more based on sold comps that were out dated, 30-60 days prior. We didn't take into account that even comps from weeks to one month ago weren't relevant to the rapid shift. As a seller you don't want to put yourself in the buyers shoes because that would mean understanding why you should either accept less, or not sell and wait it out until the market is more favorable to sellers again. Any buyer in that position would want as much home as possible. Add to that thousands more people wanting to sell their home, builders lowering their new constructions by $50-$60k and you get what happened to us...our house just sat, as buyers explored their options. It wasnt until months later that it sold after a hefty reduction, and concession. As much as i didnt want to admit this, I felt compelled to share this with Tu after she followed asking what she could have done better to gain our business. I told her she did everything right, and not to change. Youll win some and lose some, but as long as you know you're staying true to client, whether they like what you or not, you can find refuge in knowing you're doing the right.....

Tu is very professional on her field. She made the process for us very simple and easy, assuming that we are here in San Diego the fact that we dont have to drive just to sign paperworks and she also took care of all the discrepancies that were reported on the inspection. I will not hesitate to work with her again if I plan to purchase a house or anybody that wants to buy or sell a property. I can guarantee you that with our experience you can not get a better service with the service that she provides when it comes to selling a property, I say this because I work with other realtors thats why I know.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tu to purchase a 4-bedroom home in Las Vegas. Living in New York and frequently traveling around the world, I was in numerous time zones, but Tu was always available to assist me. Unlike many realtors who shut their phones down after 5pm, Tu went above and beyond, providing exceptional service regardless of the time. Since I wasn't in Vegas often, Tu took long and detailed videos of the properties I was interested in. She managed to set up seven viewings in one day while I was in town, and one of these homes became my purchase. She didn't just help me find the right property, but also negotiated the right price, added some additional items, and provided a list of contacts to help manage and fix the house. Tu even offered to help with packages while I'm away. The entire process, from negotiating to inspection, loan approval, and closing, took only three weeks. I'm looking forward to moving into my new home and can't recommend Tu's services highly enough. If you're looking for a home, Tu is the realtor you want on your side.

Buying a house remotely can be nerve-wracking, to say the least. But TU MAI was more than just a realtor. She was a constant support, always there for me.
