Our digital ads resulted in over 7,000 impressions, 619 clicks, and over 350 Zillow views. As a result, we had three offers in one weekend, ultimately resulting in a sale.He negotiated a price that was favorable for both us and the buyers as well as an equitable resolution of the inspection requests. We met Tucker when we wandered into the Coldwell Banker office in Frisco one morning while on vacation. Tucker was working that day, which doesnt sound that unusual until you know that it was Christmas Eve.Eight months later, we closed on a beautiful townhome in Silverthorne.
