Ty is amazing! She really helped us understand the process of becoming a home owner. She had great recommendations for inspector and mortgage options. She constantly answered any email or question we had and even took the time to break down contracts that we had to sign. As a first time buyer my fianc and I were pretty clueless. Ty really broke down everything so that we could understand. She did not make us feel dumb or silly because of all our questions. Ty is very honest which is what we wanted in a relator and not someone who just says yes to everything to get the process over with.
