Ty was relentless trying to find us exactly what we wanted.Did his homework, so to speak before he picked us up to show us the inventory he found that not only did we request but the extras he picked up about us as we discussed our interests.Even at the last minute would call to see a house we mentioned we saw and wanted to see the next time out. But we never had to wait. He made that happen right away.Good thing, too, because one of these houses he made a quick stop to at out requests was the one we made an offer on and ended up purchasing. However, the people that had an appointment about the same time, but arrived after us, had also wanted to make an offer.So We were very happy and thankful to have such a great person to help us.
