Otto Family Properties, LLC ("OFP") is a family owned real estate company specializing in the buying and selling of residential properties in Southeast Michigan. OFP was founded on the principles of providing value to its clients and not c harging any hidden and/or transaction fees. All purchase agreements and closings are supervised by a licensed attorney. Our agents believe in family, honesty and hard work. Our company doesn't view the real estate deals that we facilitate as one time financial transactions. Rather, we consider them as an opportunity to build a long term relationship. It's with this philosophy in mind, that we go about our day to day business.
