I was making a long distance move from California to Minnesota and had been searching for nearly four years for *just* the perfect house. I had no idea what a gift I would find in Tyler. Not only was he kind and accommodating, he was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful with technical details (he's also a contractor, so his eye for the house's construction quality was critical). The house I thought was my dream house turned out to already have an offer, and wasn't quite as nice as I had thought. Tyler had set up a couple other showings for me, just in case, and one of those turned out to be the house I didn't know I just *had* to have. Especially with all the long-distance details and logistics, Tyler was everything I could have wanted in a Realtor.
