Sidni's approach to me from long distance was pleasant, informative and professional. She was truly an exceptionally pleasant person to deal with marketing and selling my home. She worked hard and showed me the progress in the steps to further the marketing. I needed to see that, as I was in a downhill spiral prior to working with her. This process has been definitely new to me and she was helpful in many ways to enlighten me along the way to the sale of my home. I can't say enough about her pleasant, professional manner in her sales approach. Sidni is truly an asset to Century 21. She also has a great knowledge of the service and repair people in the area. That was helpful to me with repairs needed in my home. One could not go wrong is hiring Sidni to market and sell your home, She has a high energy and professional approach that truly shows her sincere desire to complete a sale.

Sidni was very understanding of the type of house we were looking for and worked diligently to find the one we were looking for. Loved working with her and the care and professional demeanor she exhibited throughout the entire process.

MY broker did a wonderful Job. Very much approachable and willing to help. She listens to you , works with you and comes up with a plan. She does not dictates to you what she wants you to do with your property. That makes a BIG difference. She did not manipulate the situation to suite her cause as I have seen other brokers do. My wife and I were originally assigned a different real estate agent by our mortgage company. Moving to the area from another state, and having never been to the area before, we required a little more help than usual. The original realtor, while very friendly, appeared to have too many other clients; she was hesitant or unwilling to take additional photos of listings and it was difficult to be in contact with her during the day. After reading reviews of several other agents, my wife and I decided to reach out to Sidni because of her demonstrated experience working with people from out of state. We hoped the situation would be an improvement, but we never could have hoped for the night-and-day difference! Sidni was friendly, prompt, supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Like most professions, there are a lot of people who lose their passion and phone it in. This isn't the case with Sidni. She appears to have a genuine desire to help people get the home they want. I simply do not have a negative word to say about her and will recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling.

This was our third time using Sidni. When things went awry, Sidni was able to help us pivot and make it work! Having a realtor that is informed and resourceful is important! Would highly recommend!
