Horrible:. Valarie is a dishonest con artist.

We found the condo in PS on the net and had used Val in the pastas she was selling a friends house in Palm Desert. The condo had a tenant living there and the owner wanted a quick sale. We offered a price and he accepted, nothing to do with Val,she put the bid forward and it was accepted. She's okay but not suitable for higher end purchases. If you do not do what she wants then she drops you like hot coals, not the best relationship. We have sold our house in Palm Desert and used a higher end agent who used their companies international knowledge to get maximum exposure. She is okay at lower end properties as seen on the sales record.
