Valeria Scinto

Valeria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was friendly and patient always there for whatever we needed. It was refreshing to meet a Real Estate professional that had good customer service. The few we had dealed with before never called when they said they would and didn't treat us as a priority. We always felt as if we were "chasing" the person to help us. I would recommend Valeria to anyone having any Real Estate needs.

Valeria is very personable and a passionate individual in what she does, and it's evident in my dealings with her as my Realtor. I have not only gained a Realtor for life, but a friend as well. Her customer service skills are above and beyond my own expectations, which are very high. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who looking to invest in a home or investment properties to contact Valeria Scinto and be assured you will receive the best service in the Realestate industry. Thank you Valeria for your support and expertise, a client and now a friend. Thanks again.

I'm an investor from Argentina and had no idea about the buying process and what could be a great investment in Miami. Valeria was amazing!!! She helped from opening an account in a bank to closing seamlessly. Not only she found an amazing property for me but also rented it out to a tenant in just one day! I'm really impressed with her negotiation and marketing skills. A true gem! I highly recommend her for any real estate needs you may have.

Valeria help me to sell my apartment and buy my new home. She was very responsive and professional, but most of all patient. She listened and understood my needs and requirements and worked hard to find the right place for me and my family. She cared and went beyond to make sure everything worked out well. I appreacite very much her commitment and support!

Like most of you probably reading this, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place...my tenants notified me 2 weeks before the end of the month, they were leaving at the end of the month!Knowing Valeria for several years, I had heard about her exemplary work ethic and attention to detail thru friends she had also helped. So, I jumped on the opportunity to have her find new tenants, and quickly! She immediately asked for needed information/documents--knowing I live out of state and usually very busy with work--I made sure I provided the info/docs she needed right away.Throughout the 2-week process, she was timely and sure enough, found a tenant before the 1st of the month. As such, I highly recommend Valeria as a realtor who knows what she's doing, is very professional and meets her goal!
