If you are looking for a realtor Val is the absolute best! We found her through recommendations on Zillow and couldn't be happier! All the wonderful things said about her are completely true. She is amazing! She helped us sell our house as well as find a new one. The entire process was great and she was so helpful and professional throughout. She gave us great advice, helped us along the way, answered our questions immediately and was always available when we needed her. Some agents are hard to get in touch with and she always responded right away when we contacted her. Our house sold in one day (the market is great right now) and we got multiple offers, but finding us a house was a different story. We had a very limited search area and were very picky. She went as far as going house to house asking people if they were interested in selling in the neighborhood that we were interested in. She always gave us advice but deferred to what we wanted as she was representing us. Another reason that we were really impressed with Val, and the true reason you should have her as your agent, is that she works extremely hard for her client and is very personable. She has a great personality, is able to develop positive relationships with other agents, and because of this is able to negotiate on behalf of her clients really well. People naturally like her and trust her (that is because she is so trustworthy) which really helps you in negotiations. She is down to earth and easy to work with. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She was able to work with us and the sellers of our new home so that we were able to close on time due to some disagreements on the inspection resolution. The way she handled the situation was great! Last, Val is very ethical which we really respect. She tells you everything upfront and was very honest with us. She follows the laws and although opportunities arose where she could have acted in an unethical manner (which I am sure many agents do) she didn't. She represented us and kept our best interests as her priority. I would recommend Val to everyone and anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. I can't imagine a better agent.
