- Valerie helped me buy a home
I have been working with Valerie for a little more than a year now and I can say that Valerie has been the perfect partner to help me grow my portfolio. As an out of estate real estate investor, I need someone who not only has a great knowledge about the Montgomery area, but someone who is dedicated and willing to make the long distance investment as easy as possible. Despite her busy agenda, she always finds the time to check the properties that I send her way and help me taking the right decision. In this year that we have been working together we have already bought a few properties now and I look forward to buy many more with her help.
Valerie has been so amazing with assisting me in finding my new home. She showed me houses that I requested to see, but I ended up buying a home she found for me after taking note of all the things I liked. Her communication is great, and she was great about meeting on my schedule.
- 01/22/2018 - Amy RawlinsonI want to say many thanks to Valerie Bohn for her patience, assistance, and expertise in helping me find and buy a home in Montgomery. She cheerfully accommodated my busy schedule to tour homes, quickly provided alternatives to meet my shifting criteria, and proved very knowledgeable about the Montgomery real estate market. In fact, I will no doubt turn to Valerie in the future when I sell my present house and if I buy more property in Montgomery. I recommend her highly!

- 07/27/2018 - Tina PetroniShe was all around great. Anything I needed help with she answered me no matter the time. I told her it was first time doing anything like this, she was there every step of the way.
- 07/27/2018 - missdblue71I can't say enough about how great my experience was while I worked with Valerie finding an investment property in Montgomery. She is not only a real estate agent who knows her market, she is also an agent who took the time and effort to help me find the right property for you (considering that I am an out of state investor). Even more, she not only helped me finding the right property but she also took the time to help me finding the right people needed for the whole process and have the house ready to move in.By far, Valerie is the best real estate agent I can work with in Montgomery
