I recently used Val as my agent on my first home, and i couldn't be happier! After looking at a few homes with her that weren't quite right for me, she called me first thing in the morning the day that this house went on the market and practically dragged me in to see it because she knew what a great fit it would be for me and how little time we had to act on it with the current market. I was the first person to look at this particular house, as well as the first to put in an offer all thanks to Val being extremely dedicated to finding the right home for me and constantly searching. If it wasn't for Val being so dedicated to me as a client, and knowing my interests so well this house would have gone by right under our noses. You will not find a better Agent then Valerie! We were moving from Germany and Valerie had the difficult task of helping us find a home while we were overseas. She adjusted her schedule to be able to account for the time difference so we can talk on the phone when needed. She worked 7 days a week for us going from house to house taking pictures and just doing everything she could to make sure we were happy. We eventually found a great home thanks to Valerie's hard work and great advice. She also did our initial walk through and found issues with the house that needed to be fixed prior to us coming there. Her attention to detail is amazing. We were so lucky to have been able to work with Valerie. It is also really nice to have a new family friend added to our circle.
