Valerie, is the best, she walked us through the entire process of selling our house. That made beginning the process less overwhelming. Promised that she would be with us throughout. Here is the real review of Valerie, she kept her word and brought us to a very successful end of the process. We are just a few days away from our closing and the process has been almost stress free or as stress free as a home sell can be. Two very important parts of the process that Valerie achieved flawlessly. She sold our house in 7 days, while we were on vacation. Then she made sure everything was properly coordinated between our lawyer and the buyers to keep the process on track and here we are almost to the finish line. Would certainly highly recommend Valerie to anyone needing an agent, one that they can put their trust in to work very hard in their interest.

Valerie was responsive and accessable to us during the process of buying our home, even on weekends. She never left us wondering about what was next as she was walking us through each step needed and was very resourceful. I would recommend her to anyone.

There arent enough superlatives in the English language to accurately describe Valeries capabilities and awesomeness when it comes to helping you find a home. We are a young family relocating from Brooklyn (born and raised, not there by way of Wisconsin...), so relocating to Westchester caused A LOT of anxiety. Having Valerie help us look for a home was like having a family member help us look for a home. Shes the cool aunt you never had, who also happens to be highly capable Real Estate Agent. She showed us houses all over Westchester, and her local woman on the ground knowledge is second to none. She kept in touch on weekends, holidays, while on vacation, for goodness sake! When looking for our first home, we prioritized walkability and convenience, proximity to NYC, affordabilty, and excellent schools (you know, the house that basically doesnt exist) and Valerie worked with us for a YEAR, until we found the absolutely perfect house, which she happened to have the inside scoop on... She was able to preserve our commute time (it actually went down!!), get us into an amazing school district, in an amazing neighborhood, into a house that suits our family perfectly! We couldnt be happier. Above all else, Valerie is honest. There was never a time where we felt she was looking to just make a sale, or didnt have time for us. She truly advocated for us and told us when a house or situation wasnt right for us, when someone else might have just taken the money and ran. That, that is priceless. Valerie was also with us thoughout the whole home-buying process: mortgage, contracts, lawyers, underwriters (is this Monopoly or real life?) and answered every single question we had. If youre looking for a REAL Real Estate Agent, look no further. This woman has earned a lifetime subscription of cheesy holiday cards from my family.

We met Valerie through a listing of hers and it was one of the best things to happen during our home search!! After our first meeting we worked solely with Valerie. She made the whole process of finding a co-op/condo to buy feel less stressful and really enjoyable. She always had a huge amount of knowledge on all of the properties that we saw.
