Our family was looking for our very first house. We didnt know exactly where we wanted to live or what exactly we wanted in a house. We had a realtor before Valinda who cancelled on 45 minutes before our first meeting and never called us ever again. Then we got Valinda, our first weekend meeting her she had several houses in different areas lined up for us. She was so patient and thoughtful in giving us her time as we really didnt know what we wanted. She has other clients but it really does feel like youre her only client with the way she dedicated herself. When we found the house, it was on the market for less than a day, Valinda helped us put in our very first offer ever and advised us to submit a personal letter to the seller. We got the house! When the appraisal didnt yield the results we needed, Valinda stepped up and settled everything. We got the house faster than we thought and we couldnt be more grateful.

Deciding to buy our new home before selling our old one was not something we did willy-nilly.
