My fianc and I were buying our very first home and it was a scary, unknown, and overwhelming experience but Valorie made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She never pushed for us to buy a home we didn't absolutely loved and was very aware when the house wasn't the one for us. She was always responsive and very helpful with all our questions. We used Val to help us find a tenant for our investment condo. Our previous tenant left prematurely and we didn't know what to do. Val came in and took over. She did a market study to help us determine the amount of rent we should ask for, listed the rental in the MLS, did all the showings with prospective tenants and secured us a tenant within 30 days. She also walked us through the electronic paperwork and we did all the correspondence and lease signing electronically. We never left our house!
