Vanessa Bateman

VANESSA BAZAN BATEMAN is a lifelong Pearland resident. Having graduated from Pearland High School she stayed local and received her AA in Social Sciences from San Jacinto College. Working in the day spa industry off and on for 10 years and natural gas brokerage for 4.5, the Vanessa married, became a mother and went back to school receiving a BA in Psychology from the University of Houston in May 2012. In May 2014 she switched professions and became a full time mom. 3 children later, Vanessa wanted to pursue a career that allowed her to succeed as a working mother, but have the flexibility with her young children. In January 2015 she completed her required courses and passed the Texas Real Estate sales exam. Vanessa immediately joined ‘the family business’ David L.
