From the very first email to our first phone conversation, Vanessa left me a strong impression of her professionalism and kindness from the very start. My family was going through some rough times, and so finding someone who was patient andtrustworthy was very important to us. Not only did she meet our expectation, but she went above and beyond by hiring the stager and photographer, all at her own expense! Our home needed a lot of de-cluttering work and with the help of the stager, we were able to get our work started with less effort. Vanessa is also very resourceful and even handed me a few coupons that I was able to use. When she went over the initial contracts with us, she took her time out and answered all of our questions andeven explained each section of the "fine printed" areas of the contract in detail. She was always courteous and had regular follow ups, and was always puncture with time. With her exceptional service, our house had multiple offerings on the veryfirst day it was listed! We were in a process of moving to another state, and having to sell our home that fast was just amazing news to us. While being out of state, we were unable to get rid of some of the stuff in the yard and the sheds. However, whenshe found out about this, she mitigated the situation by hiring a junk collector right away and even offered to share the cost with me!
