Vanessa is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Vanessa really took the time to walk us through the process and answers any questions that we had. She also made sure to help us with things that we may not have even known/though about! She worked very closely with our bank/loan officer to make sure things were in order and we were hitting our timelines and talked us through everything each step of the way. Lastly I would say that she was great at negotiating with the sellers agent to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were getting a fair price.

For real estate, I only go with one person and that's Vanessa. For my first two homes, I've gone with different agents until I met Vanessa. She helped us get into our third home in 2013 when the market was so competitive. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, understands the markets by location and most importantly was very good at understanding our needs. I had such a positive experience with her that I asked her to help sell our condo in Mountain View last year as a 1031 exchange for a property in Santa Cruz.
