Vanessa was great. She was there for us every step of the way, and put up with the rather long process we had to go through. She answered all of our calls and e-mails promptly. She even came out to our final inspection before closing on her husband's birthday. She is very dedicated to helping her clients, and truly wants them to get the home they desire. We met Vanessa Shephard at an open house event next door to our house. Although we werent looking to buy a house or sell ours, we were convinced that Vanessa was the right person to contact if we chose to do either. Vanessa is a true professional and a trusted buyers advocate. She knows her team and network so well that it was obvious there was a practiced synergy in the buying process amongst the Mortgage Officer, the Escrow Title agency, the Inspectors and contractors, and even the Sellers agent.
