Velinda took us to see a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) which most realtors stay far away from. Realtors know that if their buyer purchases a FSBO, they could end up doing twice the work for the same amount of pay, Velinda was more interested in making sure we got what we wanted and needed. Velinda went above and beyond for my family! Selling a home from out of state during a pandemic is tough!
