She was always there to answer my questions - and there were far too many. She took the time to listen and understand my requirements and then guide me to the right possibilities. One thing I truly liked about her was that she was always available for me. We have scheduled many visits to potential listings where the listing came a day before. Vera is a Great Realtor. Realtors need to be accessible, knowledgeable, good communicators and reliable. Vera nails all of these attributes. She knows her craft and she is extremely good at providing honest feedback. If you are new to the area as we were we needed someone who was going to listen but at the same time digestwhat we provided and assess the input and then work toward delivering what wewanted. At the same time continually refining what we were looking for. She wasnever pushy, never overly opinionated, yet gave great insight to the area andthe properties.
