Vic was a blessing, we went through 4 agents and no one was as determined and confident in their abilities as Vic. I've known Vic Markarian for over 40 years, we bought our first house through him. My entire family and I trust him very much. We also purchased this property through him about five years ago. When it came time for us to sell we called the Markarian Group among others. While we knew many agents, the Markarian Group was the only team that had a database of active buyers that they showed to me over 4500 at the time. They also put on our for sale sign a rider buy this home we buy yours, that if a buyer had home to sell, they would buy it themselves, so the buyer can purchase our property without a contingency. Vic brings a wealth of value in his service. He is a great negotiator and knows exactly all aspects of the real estate business inside out including his superior marketing ability. When our property hit the market, we had about 9 offers. The first buyer could not get his financing, and Vic was totally on top of the situation by giving the other party notice to perform then demand to close escrow. He gave the other agent and the buyer several chances, but they could not perform. Immediately, after cancelling the escrow, Vic opened another escrow with a new all cash buyer. In the end, we sold our property in 13 days (after cancellation of the previous escrow), all cash, as is at asking price.
