Vicki was awesome! She really did her homework for the cma, then we discussed every aspect & immediatelyshe had our agreement in m.l.s. She had pictures of my home done right away for all agents to see. Shecontacted me for showings & followed up every time with feedback. She is a very caring person, alwaysasking how I was doing & wanting to know if I needed anything. She had an open house (very successful Imight add) because the next day we had 2 offers. We had a special consideration that required some research, and we live out of town. The house we were selling is in Niceville FL, we live in Georgia and Vicki was a life saver on selling this home! We met with her on Sept 13 (around then) and we discussed what we needed to do to quickly sell the house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire area and was able to set a good price for a quick sell. That's the only time we met, following that she coordinated with us the needed repairs; finding us a great contractor, helping pick paint colors, picking out carpet, and checking on status of repairs and other matters. Vicki kept us undated and informed as to all items frequently via phone, text, and email. She took care of getting all documents to be completed by email and worked with the closing agent to make sure we were on schedule.
