She was patient, knowledgeable, always a phone call or text away, and made the process seem so much easier than I ever imagined. During the contract signing she explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were 100% confident in our choice. However, the mortgage company we went through informed us after the signing they had approved for the wrong loan so we had to back out of the offer. Vicki was there for us through that as well and still keeps In touch as we try to reach for our next goal. We will definitely be using her in the near future!
