Vicki Marsh

starstarstarstarstar Mar 21, 2024Vicki made the entire process of selling the condo so easy. She is professional, and incredibly hard working. The minute I met her I knew I had found my realtor! Extremely knowledgeable, and she goes out of her way to help, and answer any questions along the way. I can't say enough about her integrity, and commitment to her profession. She is, in my opinion, the top notch realtor in the Sarasota and surrounding areas.Call and set up an appointment to meet her should you be in the market to buy or sell - you won't be disappointed !!

starstarstarstarstar Jul 12, 2024We had a fantastic experience with Vicki! She is very friendly, helpful and extrememly knowledgeable. She was with us every step of the way with our new home purchase. We are from out of state and she was always available whenever we came to town and never wasted our time. She knew what questions to ask and what to look for. When we decided on a new build, she was keeping us updated with facetime calls and pictures. We never even asked, but were very appreciative! My favorite calls from her were always "guess where I am?" and she would Facetime with us and show us the progress on our house. Vicki was with us from our first look at houses in the Venice, Nokomis and Sarasota areas and every step of the way thru our closing. (I am sure she will keep in touch to see how we are settling in to the area since she is a very caring individual). She was always available whenever we reached out and would immediately get us answers whenever we had questions. Emails, texts, Facetime calls, we did it all and we always felt like we were top of her priority list. If we ever need a Realtor again in the area, she will be our #1 choice. I will be the first to recommend her if I hear of someone needing a realtor in the area.

starstarstarstarstar 13 weeks agoVicki is an OUTSTANDING realtor!!! Vicki helped us find and build our dream home, and was by our side throughout the entire process! We currently live out of state, and she sent us weekly photo and video updates on the progress of our home! She is knowledgeable, professional, and caring, and treats her clients like family! We HIGHLY recommend Vicki!!!

Moving out of state can be a really tough process. Vicki has found a method to the madness of making the process as stress-free and seamless as possible. She worked around my husband's heavy work schedule, and remotely showing properties with me whom was still out of state. She doesn't just listen to your needs and make suggestions, she actually hears you and comes through. Vicki matched us with the ideal home for our family, that suited all of our needs, in the perfect location. I could not be more satisfied! She truly goes above and beyond and we had the best experience with her. I would recommend her to anyone, because where this is a will, there is a way, and she has the will power! Thank you Vicki for making our relocation such a smooth process. We're forever grateful!.

Jim LaDelia May 2020Vicki Marsh has been such a pleasure working with these past few months. Especially since we were in Orlando and moving to Bradenton. She has been on top of the construction of our new house in Lakewood National Golf Community. We are extremely lucky to have her as our agent. If you need a realtor Vicki is the one.
