I can't say enough about how amazing my experience with Vickie was! She is the hardest working realtor I've ever dealt with and you can really tell that she takes pride in her work. Her response time to texts, emails, and phone calls was almost immediate, and she definitely worked around my schedule on anything and everything I asked of her. She kept me fully informed through every step of the process...top notch communication!! She made me feel like a priority, not just another client. She researched and followed up on every single question I had, no matter how small. Her knowledge of the area and expertise in her field truly shined through during the entire process. She genuinely listened to my concerns and was always able to put my mind at ease through what would typically be a very stressful process. One of my favorite things about working with Vickie is that I could actually hear the excitement in her voice when something went well for us, as if she had a personal stake, not just professional. We closed on our home in November and she still checks in on us to make sure things are going well! Not only is she awesome at her profession but she is just an all around good person. I highly recommend Vickie and will refer everyone I know to her!

I will do everything in my power to refer Vickie to everyone I know. I wasn't sure if Vickie was more my realtor or my lawyer at one point, but regardless she was very much representing my best interests and taking care of me! There were a few mistakes along the way with the builder we were buying from, and Vickie was like a bulldog making sure mistakes were corrected and on time! This was my first home buying process, and I feel like I must have taken up 3 times the amount of time a typical buyer would with Vickie, but she was always kind and always patient, and always gave me great insight. Vickie not only made sure I got the house of my dreams, but she also made sure to connect me with the best vendors (pest control, insurance, etc). She became what I would consider to be not only a very professional realtor, but a great friend as well. I have been very impressed with Vickie!

We discovered Vickie through a mailed marketing campaign her office sent regarding the real estate inventory in our neighborhood. After having interviewed a couple of realtors, thinking we were going to have to settle, Vickie came over to meet us and knocked it out of the park. She was able to lead the conversation from the start, and provided us with all the information we needed, wanted, and had a plan out of the gate. After meeting Vickie we signed on to have her sell our home as well as help us broker the deal for our next home, a new build in Fishers, which we didn't even know we could do, but was awesome and I don't know how we could have done it without her (at the very least we would have overpaid without having her involved, we got a much better deal by involving Vickie). Our home sold in a day, because her team had done their research and were correct about the inventory in the original mailer, and we priced it well but to sell. However, I am confident with the top notch marketing materials Vickie provided we would have sold it quickly no matter what the circumstance of inventory. Vickie stuck it out with us through every step of both processes, and has gone above and beyond every step of the way (we closed in September and as I write this a week later in October, she is still assisting us with some mechanical issues on our new build). We can't say enough good things about Vickie, she's the best!!

Vickie did a great job of listing and getting this house sold. The bank that had this loan was NO easy task but she hung in there and worked her magic. Anyone in Indianapolis area would be lucky to get her services.

In my opinion, Vickie went above and the call of duty to help my wife and I find our home. The home had a few issues which she made the necessary calls to get taken care of., so that we could proceed with the the purchase of our home. I do not have one complaint! Vickie was very diligent in making sure we we informed and keeping us on the right track. Couldn't ask for a better experience. She was there every step of the way, from searching for the condo, putting in an offer, the inspection, all the paperwork, and even came to closing to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Vickie was amazing to work with! During our first conversation, I mentioned that communication was important for me and she never disappointed. Vickie was in contact with me throughout the day, late into the night, and I would often wake up to text messages. She showed me that I was a main priority for her and we never had an issue with scheduling to view a house. She was very knowledgeable about the area where we were looking to purchase and provided businesses for us to contact during our home inspections. As foreigners, we didn't have a clue about how to buy a house. Molly Hadley initially helped us to define our research parameters and then Vickie made us visit houses. Vickie was (and still is even after closing) an excellent listener to our needs and wishes and was always very rapidly responsive, day or night, even week-end!! The house we wanted just popped up and immediately we ask Vickie to add it to our visit which she did instantly. From there, she guided us through every steps, reduced our worries, connected us with specialists, answered every questions, handled any technical details we asked her and made the connection between the lender, the buyer, contractors to ensure all is done correctly. I would never have thought it would be so easy and without being worried and that's because of Vickie. After closing and moving in she is still making sure that every part of the deal is respected (on both side) so that everybody can be content with the deal. I recommend her anytime for finding a house and if I come to sell it, I will come to her!

Wow, where do begin! She was with us right from the start. Looking over the property and providing us with a market analysis. This was even before we signed the contract. The house needed some work. She put us in touch with inspector's, painters, and contractors. Gave us bad news and good news all with professionalism. It was a joy working with her.

We moved from out of state and had a compressed timeline to find a home. Our stress and anxiety were already high, and because it was winter, homes matching our needs were hard to find. Vickie drove all over central Indiana over a three week period to help us find something. She was always polite, professional, and calm even through my indecisiveness and "out of the norm" requests. Once we made an offer, the stress was compounded by an unresponsive and unreasonable listing agent. Vickie skillfully worked through it, getting us what we needed. I couldn't ask for more from an agent.
