This team is truly magnificent! After weeks of disappointment, I was about to give up & move my family into a small apartment due to credit issues. I found an ad for help and called Robin & explained the credit, along with plans to either rent a house farther west than desired for a bit more money than we could afford or accept the terms on a small 2 bdrm condo the very next day. Instead of telling me I was wasting my time looking for a better option, she said: Give me about 2 hrs. She called me back well within the 2 hrs, had a rental home with an owner willing to consider our history along with an invite to view it that night. I tried my best to remain calm and see the home that I had been working so hard every day of the past two weeks to find myself calling every property management company, Rental help and locator program I could find in Arizona. All of the work paid off. If only I had had the Invest Smart Real Estate Pros number in sight at the beginning of my search. We signed the papers on the house the very next day. Keys tomorrow, The kids now get to start summer off with a bedroom they can call their own, a backyard to enjoy, and the same schools with the same friends waiting for them upon returning in August . Thank you so very much Robin & Vicky. We are so happy with the results. I will not forget this wonderful service you offer. I now have a solid referral to give out when it is needed.
