Vicky Spivey

Vicky started her real estate journey when she applied for the office manager position at Re/Max College Park over 25 years ago. She learned all aspects of managing a real estate office and managing Real Estate Agents. From there, she moved to managing a residential home construction company, working onsite, she learned about building homes from the development stage to walking the homes with the new owners. She even filled in for the onsite supervisor for three months, working with the subcontractors and vendors. Moving to working with the New Home Agent she handled the buyers agents, scheduling their appointments and making sure all contracts were in order, scheduling the walk-through, inspections and closings. In 1998, she moved to Long Beach, CA and began working for a Property Management Company as an Accounting Administrator, over the next 3 years, she moved from there to Portfolio Manager where she managed over 35 homeowners associations while attending college classes.
