She came recommended from several other people. I also had done my own homework on the most successful realtor in the region. Vicky responded immediately to our request for a visit when we were ready to sell. We had already semi-staged and scrubbed our home and she got it on the market that day. It sold immediately. Great market, but she knows how to work every market. We were seriously impressed with her organization. Several people working for her and each has a specialty and expertise. The entire process from start to close was smooth and Vicky and her people stood for us every step. Really, all we did was make a phone call and once I had to tighten some screws. She will tell you straight up if you need to change something but its always professional and kind. I tried to find something to offer as a reason I gave her a 4.75 but its pointless. She is a true 5.
