Victor went above and beyond for us during our condo purchase. He never made it seem that our requests or questions were onerous or silly. Victor has the patience of a saint! Our first deal fell through and then it was a few months before we closed on the other and Victor never voiced any concerns or complaints. Victor is very knowledgeable about the Las Vegas market. He is super responsive in getting back to his clients with questions and concerns via email or text. He is diligent in viewing properties and will point out problems he sees to his clients. He spent an entire day with us during super bowl weekend showing properties and is even helping us AFTER our loan has closed! That is 5 star service!! Just wanted to leave a quick note about working with Victor. He really will go above and beyond what you will experience with a typical real estate agent. Just great communication and service. He has continued to reach out to us to just say hi, see if anything we need, and just staying involved. And it has been 1 1/2 years since we purchased a condo. Most agents will sell you a property, collect their commission, and never be heard from again.
