We met Victoria at an Open House she was hosting, and while that property was not for us, I could tell she would be the perfect agent for us to work with on our future purchase. Victoria gets the job done. She is tough and knows the market (we sold in Montclair) quite well. Has a good support team, too. We had tried another realotr, who gave us the "same old, same old" approach to selling in a tough market. Because our house -- built in the late 1800s -- was a unique property, it required a more creative approach to sell. That is where Victoria came in. She was able to market the many plus factors in the house and addressed any negatives of an old house head on. During negotiations, she was able to "bridge the gap" in order to get a deal done

Victoria is very personable and an expert in the field. She was available whenever we needed her. Victoria usually had a practical solution for every issue that we encountered during the selling process. While we were not satisfied with the services rendered by the painter and the stager Victoria recommended, we truly liked her.We couldnt have sold the house without her
