I was pretty nervous about buying our first home. I have met with other realtors when started our home-buying process. I was very upset how the realtors were not really "feeling" what we need, until we met Victoria. Instead of trying to sell us on something quick she took the time to understand who we are and what we want. We've seen a lot of homes together to find out what we like. Doing it on weekdays in the evening, or on the weekends, literally anytime. IT was never a problem to schedule showings. But her help and support did not end when we finally found the house we liked; she gave us valuable tips to proceed with this purchasing procedure as smooth as possible. Walked us through the whole thing so good I barely had to do anything besides looking, reading and signing.If we decide to move on from our current house in the future, it's no question I am calling her first. 5 star service!

Buying a home is stressful, in theory, especially for the first time. However for my husband and myself, the process was made to be as smooth and simple as showing up. Victoria was attentive to our needs and desires for our new home and found us the perfect place and then ensured that the best deal was made for us with all kinds of free goodies and value! Victoria always advocated for us and made us feel informed and secure. I could not have imagined doing this without her! She went out of her way for us in so many ways; for example, we had a newborn at the time who did not like being in the car, so she picked up and delivered our security deposit check for us! She always attended any meetings and would respectfully step in to make sure that all bases were covered on our behalf. The closing was smooth, and she continued to follow up with us with gifts and facilitating between us and the builder for weeks afterwards! Victoria is such a hard worker and so pleasant to work with! The best of the best!
